O-town throwdown III. Pours a mostly clear golden yellow with a thin lasting white head. Aroma is spicy herbal german hops, crisp clean doughy pils malt, light bready and toasty hints. Flavor is pils malt, nice herbal hallertauer and saaz blend, crisp light bitter finish- clean and easy drinking. Real nice.

Clear yellow pour thick white head and minimal lace. Sweet grainy aroma, maybe some hay. Lively carbonation. Similar flavor with a nice hop presence . Slight bitter finish

Courtesy Hopscotch and Otown 3D. Growler. Pours thin gold color with a minimal head. Yeasty hoppy aroma. Slightly hoppy with a funky little flavor I can’t describe. Clean aftertaste, easy drinking.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2007 Growler... O-Town Throwdown Part Tres ... Clear yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is mainly of pale grains. The flavor leans on the bitter side of balance... which is true to style and nice, for a change. Light to medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, lightly bitter finish. growler from hoscotch: pours a clean and clear hay colour very small white head. aroma is very floral and sweet honey and small fruit an d grain. flavour is smooth and starts floral and bitter.finishes with a bitter aftertaste, but very drinkable and clean.

Sample from growler, courtesy hopscotch, first sample @ OTTD 3. Clear straw color with light spots of white head. Crisp, slightly sweet grainy aroma, a bit sweeter than expected. A pretty even and uneventful flavor - a mild sweetness and not nearly enough of a Saaz presence to produce any real spiciness. Kind of bland.

First rating for this beer! Courtesy hopscotch. Pours a clear gold, with a small white head. Smells of crisp grains, some mild hops, and maybe even some light sweet cinnamon notes in there. The flavor is much the same. Light and grainy, really easy drinking, with some nice flavor to it for this style. I really got that sweetness in the flavor that I got in the smell. The hops were there. All in all, nice little pils.
