Flavor: rich chocolate flavor, lots of lactose sweetness to accent the chocolate,

This beer was delightful. It smelled like chocolate milk and tasted like it too. It poured a dark chocolate brown and the carbonation level was perfect. This would be a truly remarkable beer if the body was fuller and it was a bit more complex. But, hey, it is what it is and it is delicious. This would be a great dessert beer with a coconut creme pie or a mississippi mud pie.
