hazy pale yellow, wispy white head, nice lace, strong sweet raspberry aroma, good raspberry flavor that starts with a bit of tartness followed by some sweetness and finishes with some bitterness, the bitterness sits on the tongue for a while, quite a range of flavors for the required coastal fruit wheat beer

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy peach color with a large creamy white head. Decent head retention. Weak aroma with notes of berries and vanilla. The taste is tart berries, citrus and a faint hop finish. Thin bodied.

Mug at the brewey. Yep this is a raspberry wheat. Not much to say. It’s too fruity and sweet, intentionally so for the non-beer drinkers. It isn’t brutally sugary or artificial.

Draft - Dark gold, thin white creamy head. Soft fresh raspberry aromas ride lighter undertones of earthed wheat and citrus. Berry fruit flavors rest upon a light foundation of cracked wheat and nutty earth. Light bodied and thin with soft carbonation. Drinkable and just ok…

Light golden, a bit hazy with a short white head. Flavor was very sweet with most of the raspberry tartness at the finish. This was refreshing on a hot humid afternoon in Wilmington.

Surprisingly good for the style. More raspberries than most others, but not too sweet, which was a plus. Very drinkable and a little too light. Could have used more wheat to back up the fruit. Not much else in this beer.

At World Beer Festival in Raleigh NC this ale poured a light pinkish yellow with little head. Aroma of raspberry and light hops. Taste is sweet, fruity and carbonated. Listed as a Winter Seasonal but this would be more appropriate on a hot summer day when you want something light and refreshing with a low ABV.

Light gold pour with a thin white head and minimal lace. Pale malts and light raspberry on the nose. Thin bodied & light flavor.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a light strawberry blonde with a thin white head. No retention. Spotty lacing. Big aroma of raspberry and sweet pale malt. Taste is basically a very light wheat beer with a touch of artificial raspberry. Closer to a refreshing soda than a wheat ale. Meh.

Looks like piss, bubbles and all. Aroma sweet but tart. Tastes like soda water with tad bit of raspberry. I’m one that likes many fruit beers but this is a very poor example.

Draft at brewpub, pours a hazy light golden. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Body was thin and weak. I am not a big fan of this. Notes of cereal grain.
