Bottle. Pours a clear gold with medium frothy white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is floral hop and wheat. Thin mouth with citrus, wheat, light sweet finish. Decent.

Yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma is simcoe no doubt. Huge resiny bitter and almost no malt. Medium bodied and fizzy. A bit unbalanced.

Bottle… A mostly clear amber pour creates a temporary, small, creamy, white head. The nose is bright and citrusy with wheat and biscuit undercurrents. Light-bodied and dry with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is rindy, citrusy and dry, tilting a good deal toward the bitter side of balance, but not overbearingly so. Short, crisp, snappy finish. Best use of Simcoe hops I’ve ever run across. Not dank, earthy, musky or cat-pissy. Brewed very thoughtfully, deliberately and cleanly. This is what all American wheat ales should aspire to be - Gumballhead included. Well done, Kevin!

i’m guessing the Turd brought this? .. a dry beer .. . has a mild wheat presence .. . the simcoe is well spread out .. . a nice beer, i’d try this again .. . . I am not Charlie Brown on acid.

Bottle at RBWG in the lobby late night. Golden orange with a thin white lace. Nose is earthy, light grain, wheat, citrus zest. Flavor is similar, easy drinking, fairly clean, a bit of earth and citrus bitterness. Light toffee, bready malt. Solid session ale.

3/5/13. 22oz bottle now and during RBWG. Rich almost ruby orange pour with a nice off-white head. Bold hop aroma with citrus, dank, and lots of fruitiness... and a touch of doughy malts. Laid back wheat malty flavor with a touch of citrus, plenty of hop bitterness, some dankness and pine, and a touch of acidity. Hoppy and tasty.

Bottle at RBWG in the lobby. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Nice aroma, some grapefruit, melon. Light sweet flavor, dry citrus, some pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light dry resinous citrus finish. Not bad.

First! Bottle at RBWG. Citrus and dirt on the nose. Sweet wheat with dirty, earthy backend. Interesting.
