chriso (4420), London, Greater London, England Jan 4, 2007 Cask (gravity dispense) at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2006. Golden amber colour. From the name I expected some US hop influence but I can’t say I found it too much in evidence. Seemed like a fairly straightforward bitter to me, with light spicy hops and a little dry malt. Tasted more like a regular best bitter than a stronger beer.
