Ok then, when I’m not a beer geek I’m an alcoholic and this is what I drink. Not to be reccmmended. This has given me stomach problems, voices in my head (who said that?) and has started many an argument and quite a few fights. It’s cheap. 2.69 for 2 litres in my local offy. It will get you drunk and violent. Smells like someone farted in the bottle and quickly did up the lid. tastes like I’d imagine a tramps vest to taste. Not great but it is the last resort of an angry skint drunk. I know little about cider but I’d be fairly confident in labelling this as utter shite aimed at park drinking nutjobs.

Can from local Spar. White wine coloured, white bubbles. Nose is sweet apple, sugary. Flavour is sugary, sweet apple, metallic, alcoholic. Dry and alcoholic finish.

It is not a bad cider at all. It has something to do with cider (not like Somersby). I liked it, soft, sweetish, easy-to-drink.

From 3L Plastic bottle - Very pale green/yellow. Low to medium carbonation. Sweet apples. Smooth. Slightly dry finish. Rather simple but enjoyable.

Dont really know what to say about this. Comes in a 3L plastic bottle that pretty much concaves on itself when you open it cause its so thin. I have had some great nights drinking massive quantities of this stuff but really its horrible stuff. Jet white with lots of carbonation. Smells horrid. Lots of alcohol and reasonably priced. The pride of the people of Glasgow!

Bottled@HBF2005 (thanks to Hanna for sharing a sip). Pale yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is sweet sugery applejuice concentrate. Flavour is very much the same with lots of earthy notes. As it warms up it gets metallic. What the hell is this about?
