Can. Drunk from can, so apperance = ? The aroma is very sweet - so sweet that it is cloying and dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet apply - too sweet for me, but also with a light touch of wood, and a very light acidity - not enough though to balance the extreme sweetness.

Bottled@HBF2005 (thanks to Hanna for sharing a sip). Pale yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is sweet sugery applejuice concentrate. Flavour is very much the same with lots of earthy notes. As it warms up it gets metallic. What the hell is this about?

Canned at RBESG. Probably pale yellow. Aroma of baking yeast and lacquer. Sweet with mushy, fruity flavour. Raw and unrefined. Cheaply made industrial swill.

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 ALLOVATE (1711) - Butler, WA, AUSTRALIA - FEB 17, 2012
Highly effervescent; an oily, translucent sandy yellow in the glass with a thin white pad atop. Very pronounced note of Nutella spread (crushed hazelnuts, what the...!?) on the nose with some drabby, flabby, fell apple fruit coming through. Rubbery, tannic, sweet, astringent, teeth rattling, plastic, vodka charged burn for a cider of no real strength, and then what is that? Tequila? Why is there a taste of Mezcal on the finish? Geesh, nasty stuff. Where is the apples. It is like sucking grapeskins for an aftertaste. Sits so heavy in the stomach, juiced-up oily body, the carbonation oddly subtle. This is so nasty I’m amazed it is still in production. Firkin’ ugh!! (50cL can, BBE 09/12, Thirsty Camel Butler)
