330ml brown bottle. Pours out a very pale yellow, fast fading white cap. Nose has light lemons. Taste has waterd down lemony soda and weak grainy notes. Finishes dry with some weak watery beer notes. High carbonation and light bodied. Mildly refreshing but quite plain.

330 ml bottle bought at TASTE in Olympian City, Tai Kok Tsui.

Clear light apple juice colour; Razor thin head and residual soapy white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Small lacing and near zero carbonation; Quite pungent smell of malt, with apple cider, cider vinegar, sugar, lemon soda, ginger candy and wet cardboard; Close to medium sweet taste of light lager malt, with light lemon soda, lemonade, hint of dark fruits, soggy bread, light liquorices and shades of grass; Light body, watery palate; Mouth feel not-too-sweet lemon soda being mixed with the Koelsch, which its dark fruits and malts are still testable. The beer-mix combination is quite bright and positive, which is quite alright… Hoppiness has some surprising spikes of liquorices to hop up the grassy taste, ended with lasting and flickering low sweet and bitter finish; Slightly dry after taste; very easy and sweet bitter to mouth.

Comments: The Koelsch and lemon soda are equally present, so while it’s mostly soda-like, the Koelsch taste is still well preserved with strong bitterness for a Radler. It’s sweet, yes, but also quite tasty, positive and refreshing. I like it.

33CL bottle at home, pale yellow with a almost not existing white head, aroma is a bit of lemon, taste is the same if you mix 7up/sprite with beer, which is not bad. Overall not a bad radler but it’s not one the best i have had.

Bottle. Very pale blonde. Lemonade aroma. Sweet sugary lemonade flavor. The Kölsch flavors bite the dust. Refreshing enough, though.

Blassgelb, dafür viel feinporiger Schaum. Leichtes Citrusaroma. Beginnt limonadig nach Zitrone und wird dank des Kölsch ganz leicht herb. Im Sommer bestimmt ein guter Durstlöscher, hat für mich aber zu wenig Biergeschmack.

Bottle. A clear, yellowish golden drink with a thin layer of white bubbles. Dishwashing water, artificial lemonade and a generic fruityness in the aroma. Thin and quite dry on the palate, with soft carbonation. Lemonade dominates the flavor, with some beer shining through in the finish. It’s not unpleasant, but it’s oh so boring. Well, the aroma is slightly unpleasant. 121111
