50 cl can, (33cl bottle exists too) b@supermarket, abv 4.5%. Light beige head, leaves a couple of bubbly lacings. Brownish amber body, clear. Scents; fruity hops and roasted malts, apples and weak notes of yeast. Taste; roasted caramellic malts, notes of butter, flour, hay, hops. Aftertaste; mild malts, hints of licorice, or maybe it’s dark caramel. Tasty. Should be served not too chilled, 10-12’c.

Light brown color. Generic roasted aroma. A little bit of sweetness. Munich malt driven flavor. A bit of acidity. Very light and easy drinking. Watery. Nothing special, but nothing offensive either.

50cl can from the Coop Marked, Oslo. Pours clear copper coloured with a modest, off-white head. Mild malty aroma with notes of dried fruits and caramel. Sweet and malty with a light bitterness. Drinkable enough, but to much on the sweet side for my taste.

Nonshaugen (343) - Fetsund, NORWAY - OCT 12, 2015
50 cl can. Clear, deep amber to copper colour. Nice tan head, good retention and lacing. Lively carbonation from the bottom. Aromas of dark malt and dark bread, but just a hint. Thin body, well carbonated. Most of what may have been to it of malt and caramel flavours is probably filtered out of the brew even before it was canned. It’s dull and boring.

En mild bayer fra fat. Helt ok drikkeøl men ingen stor opplevelse. Liten aroma, slapp smak.

On tap@Oslo Airport@approx 6 degrees C. Pours dark amber with sufficient off-white head with pretty short retention. Quite sweet aroma of malt, bread and caramel also reflected in the taste which is pretty one-dimensional and sweet. Very restratined bitterness in the aftertaste and somewhat watery palate. This is a beer to be drunk slowly and it gets better as the carbonation wears off, but still too one dimensional and not very interesting.
