Jan 30, 2007 Good and fresh malty aroma, and nice aftertaste. Virtually without a head. Some strange fruitiness in the middle layer that I don’t find approprate. Full bodied and a really good aftertaste.

Dec 25, 2006 Bottle at Christmas. Another nice Dunkler. Reminds me of the Bocks from back home with dark color, caramel flavor and syrupy texture. Very enjoyable.

Dec 10, 2006 Mahogany brown body under a dense, off-white lasting head. Aroma has got malty sweetness and some hints of hops. Tart fruits in flavour. Notes of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Almost full bodied (Sampled at a testing party in Tromsø, 08.12.2006).

Nov 21, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, reddish amber with a yellowish head. Aroma of roasted malt. Fairly full-bodied with notes of roasted malt and caramel. dry and lightly hoppy. Fairly clean, solid and decent Norwegian christmas beer. 211006
