Bottled: Shy aroma, soe grain and hop notes. Deep golden color. Few malty flavor, some strange components, light alcoholic. Hints of citrus fruits followed by quite intensive hop bitter notes. Quite bitter finish. Interesting, well hopped bock.

Bottle by 28.11.12. Sweet white grape bockish nose with faint citrus. Dull golden with a sudsy beige head. Taste lightly sweet but heavy and somewhat hot, has a grainy finish bordering on harsh, doesn’t dry much. Full body with really heavy malt, hard to make a lot of headway here.

Bottle. Pale golden color. Maltaroma with a hint of butter and toffee. malty sweet, slightly alcoholc flavor with toffee. Bready. Medium to full bodied. Warming bock on a cold spring night.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, small and stable white foamy layer; moderate herbal-hoppy nose and a strawy-bisquity background, nutty traces detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; some lost nuts in the bisquity-hoppy finish. Fine hoppy Bock.....

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sugar, aroma i very bock alike, malty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110701]

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild glue as well as mild starchlike notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild glue as well as mild nutty notes. Not that much bitterness.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Mildly sweet, slightly grainy malty aroma with flowery and subtle fruity hoppy notes. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Slightly grainy malty taste with herbal accents from the middle part; sweet-bitter herbal and subtle fruity hoppy finish. Not a great but pleasant session Bock. 03.V.11
