Pours a light yellow colour with a small head. Aroma of honey, grassy hops and some malts. Mild flavour of grassy hops, honey, flowers and some chalk. Light bodied, actually a bit creamy mouthfeel and a light, bitter, grassy finish. Very high drinkability, nice.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas steht ein relativ blassgelbes Bier mit mittelgrober, kurzlebiger Krone. Geruchlich dominiert ein dezent muffiger Hopfen, etwas bitterlich riechend. Der Antrunk erfolgt anfangs süßlich, wird aber schnell beissend herb-bitter und dezent muffig. Der Abgang zeigt sich ebenso, nur das hier noch ne gute Portion Malz hinzu kommt. Aber alles in allem bleibts sehr bitter und unangenehm muffig. Leider nicht allzu gelungen.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Pale golden color. Honeyish and slightly herbal aroma. Dryish honeyish flavor with hint of paper and hint of herbal hops. Has perhaps lost some freshness, BB one month ahead.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty and lightly sweetish aroma, faint vegetable - grassy hoppyness. Medium, malty - lightly grainy and sweetish flavor, faint grassy hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, light grassy hoppyness. Lightly sweetish helles, nothing wrong - nothing special.

500 ml bottle at home in Germany with much thanks to shrubber85. Pours a clear gold color with lots of action in the glass, and has a soft short white head. Aroma is hops, malt with some sweetness to it. Taste is a soft malt sweet grain taste. Palate is mellow and quite nice for this Helles. A good solid helles.

Süßlich herber Antrunk. Etwas würzig, herb-getreidig, angenehm süffig. Bleibend, mittelaromatisch. Leicht würziger Abgang. Nettes typisches Helles.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grassy citrus hops, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110307]

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly sour doughy and grainy malty aroma with notes of herbal and grassy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Slightly grainy and chalky malty taste with a dry mouthfeel; bitter sweet mildly malty finish with a rounded herbal and slightly grassy hops character. Decent Helles. 12.II.11
