Süffig herb-hefiger Antrunk mit ansprechender Malznote. Die Süße wird von Herbe und Malz zurückgedrängt und fast egalisiert. Dieser Grundton bleibt erhalten, erfrischend, ausgewogen säuerlich-spritzig. Eine leicht fruchtige Note ist während des Mittelteil vorhanden, überflügelt von einer leichten Hefigkeit due zum Ende zunimmt. Gelungene Weisse!

Hazy light medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, light clove. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 c. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy off-white head. Sweet and fresh banana and yeast in the nose. Medium body, your typical yeast and banana with the phenols being pleasantly downplayed. A little late citrus. 180211

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is banana and estery wheaty. Banana fruity, medium dry estery and wheaty. Lingering dry estery flavoured into a medium dry finish.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and persistent slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly sweet wheaty aroma with fruity notes of banana, melon and a whiff of phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Moderately fruity and wheaty taste with chalky notes; quite dry and bitter tart finish with a rather restrained fruit-character. Lacks some balance. 15.II.11

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, large and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate sweetish malty – wheaty aroma, fruitiness with light banana and spiciness. Body is light to moderate, malty – wheaty flavor, lightly sweetish, light dry spiciness and banana. Finish is short to average, malty – wheaty, lightly sweetish. Not so sweet hefe weizen, nice head.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow brown color. Hefty clove and ripe banana aroma. Sweetish, grainy and clovey taste with tart fruit, clove, pepper and ripe banana. Full bodied, very filling. Strong fermentation flavors, feels like eating banana skins with cloves.
