Alc. 5,4 % vol.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat and banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 c. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy off-white head. Sweet and fresh banana and yeast in the nose. Medium body, your typical yeast and banana with the phenols being pleasantly downplayed. A little late citrus. 180211

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and persistent slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly sweet wheaty aroma with fruity notes of banana, melon and a whiff of phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Moderately fruity and wheaty taste with chalky notes; quite dry and bitter tart finish with a rather restrained fruit-character. Lacks some balance. 15.II.11

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow brown color. Hefty clove and ripe banana aroma. Sweetish, grainy and clovey taste with tart fruit, clove, pepper and ripe banana. Full bodied, very filling. Strong fermentation flavors, feels like eating banana skins with cloves.

bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large white head, which is quickly disappearing. Yeasty and wheaty, pleasantly malty with some spicy hops and a rather shy hoppyness, especially in the finish. Creamy and pleasant mouthfeel.

Bottle: Dirty golden coloured, very firm and creamy white head, decent fruity nose: lemons and bananas, but also strawberries and bubble-gum detectable; quite sweet flavour, balanced by some hidden acidity; finish´is first quite sweet, later rounded by some sourish influences. O.K., a chewy Weizen, but a bit too much on the sweet side......
