Bottled (from mein-biershop.de). Hazy orangeish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some spices, mild banana as well as some floral notes. Flavour is wheat, spices, some slight sap as well as mild toffee and some yeast. Very wellbalanced and pleasant.

Süffig herb-hefiger Antrunk mit ansprechender Malznote. Die Süße wird von Herbe und Malz zurückgedrängt und fast egalisiert. Dieser Grundton bleibt erhalten, erfrischend, ausgewogen säuerlich-spritzig. Eine leicht fruchtige Note ist während des Mittelteil vorhanden, überflügelt von einer leichten Hefigkeit due zum Ende zunimmt. Gelungene Weisse!

Bottle: Dirty golden coloured, very firm and creamy white head, decent fruity nose: lemons and bananas, but also strawberries and bubble-gum detectable; quite sweet flavour, balanced by some hidden acidity; finish´is first quite sweet, later rounded by some sourish influences. O.K., a chewy Weizen, but a bit too much on the sweet side......
