Yeast, wheat, hints of smoke, caramel and dry fruitiness in aroma.
Wheat, yeast, clove, mild caramel and sweet ripe banana in generally dry flavour. Enjoyable Weizen.

Im Glas steht ein spritzig zitrusgelbes Weizen mit schwacher Krone, die sich nicht sehr lange hält. Der Geruch ist sehr fruchtig süß, Aprikose kommt durch, zudem dezent hefig. Im Abgang bleibt die süße Note voll und ganz dominant, allerdings wird’s etwas säuerlicher, was das Ganze recht gut abrundet.

500 ml bottle at home in Germany with much thanks to shrubber85. Pours a hazy yellow orange color short thin white head. Aroma is heavy cloves and bananas. Solid grain and clove taste and is tart for a Hefe. Taste is clove, pepper and tart bananas with little sweetness. Solid body, very filling. Strong tart flavors, Palate is smooth but like is like eating cloves.

Danke an Frankenland für das Bier. Bananig-malziger Geruch, unterschwellig nach Toastbrot. Hefig-bananiger Start. Ab der Mitte etwas röstmalzig. Dann endet das Bier in einem buttrig-hefigem Auslauf mit ein wenig Bitterkeit. Eigentlich solide, jedoch nicht genügend starke Akkzente. Eher Durchschnitt.Test vom 17.12.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Süffig herb-hefiger Antrunk mit ansprechender Malznote. Die Süße wird von Herbe und Malz zurückgedrängt und fast egalisiert. Dieser Grundton bleibt erhalten, erfrischend, ausgewogen säuerlich-spritzig. Eine leicht fruchtige Note ist während des Mittelteil vorhanden, überflügelt von einer leichten Hefigkeit due zum Ende zunimmt. Gelungene Weisse!
