2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cloudy/murky light golden color with a large white head and a high appearance of carbonation. Spicy, bitter, grassy with a hint of clove. Yeasty, bready flavor with a very thin body. A disapointment, as I was hoping for more of a bavarian style wheat beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at the brewpub. Increadibly cold bottle. Aroma is more citrus than expected, banana and glove are here but not so prodiminat which is good for a change. Taste is similar, sometimes a bit chewy, maybe deserves a lower rating than its getting, but in the brewpub everythign seems great.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Hazy, amber-orangey coloured, huge, firm beige head; fruity citrusy aroma, some grainy maltiness, too, only faint traces of bananas and cloves; mild, shy fruity-sweetish flavour; a bit tart finish; not very aromatic, not so well rounded...................

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(swing top bottle) Hazy orange-amber colour with a big & firm foamy white head. Wheatmalty, floral and fruity (grapes) nose. Sweetbitter flavour, medium body and carbonation. Aromatic fruity and malty taste; dry and lasting finish with well-balanced fruitiness and hoppy bitterness. A good example for a Hefeweizen of the northern style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, at the brewpub. Hazy amber gold, moderate white head and gentle condition. Low spicy wheatiness in the nose with some hoppiness but no noticable esters or bananas. Low bitter sweet wheatiness in the mouth with hops again quite prominent. Gentle hop bitterness in the finish with some lingering fruitiness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark, hazy, cloudy egg-yolk colour. Yeasty cloves aroma. Yeasty, citric and pretty tart taste. Bitter finish for a weizen. Hardly any maltiness or sweetness, going a bit in the direction of american weizen. Medium-bodied.Not really my kind of weizen, but still okay.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
HUGE POP from the cork. World’s biggest head. Even splitting between two wheat beer glasses it took a few minutes to pour. Clouody carbonated orange-yellow. Good banana aroma with some yeast and spice tickling the nose. Spice is lively on the tongue. Sweet banana flavour that evaporates at the end leaving a dry light spice finish.
