Bottle@Füchsen. Banana and herbal aroma with a hint of veggies. Cloudy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, banana, malts, hint of citrus. Soft mouthfeel.

Es Schäumt gut auf dieses Füchschen, auch hält der Schaum einigermaßen gut, es ist trüb und hell, ziemlich CO² haltig. Im Geschmack fruchtig, hefig-bitter-herb. Fazit: Noch trinkbar, aber kein Hochgenuss und auch nicht unbedingt Weizentypisch! Test vom 12.4.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,8,9,8,12,9 - 9,05

Bottle at the brewery, pours a light colour, lots of head, aroma is nice of yeasty and spice hefe. the taste is pretty faint, fairly weak flavour, but overall it was ok

Bottle at the brewery. Poured light hazy yellow with banana yeast flavours. medium body with a smooth finish.

Auch wenn das Bier kein Knaller ist ist es doch gut trinkbar. Ein Nachgeschmack ist kaum vorhanden, im Mittelteil ist ein hefiger Geschmack zu verbuchen. Fruchtig hingegen ist ers kaum, auch sonst kaum ein Vergleich zu Konkurrenzprodukten aus Bayern. Dennoch irgendwie in Ordnung. Test vom 11.12.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,10,10,8,11,10 - 9,55

Farblich eher lasch, trübe und nicht sehr kräftig. Fruchtige Geruchsaromen mit metallischem Beiwerk. Im Geschmack hefig und nur leicht fruchtig. Hintergründige Säuerlichkeit. Zum Schluß setzt eine deutliche Bitterkeit ein, die eher zu einem Pilsener passen würde. Hier hatte ich mehr erwartet. das Silberfüchschen ist leider nur Durchschnitt.Test vom 14.10.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche

At Füchschen. Dark yellow clouds, lacing offwhite head. Subdued, light spicy wheat. Low fruityness. Chewy, sparkly body. Bitter finish - its a wheat alt!

Soft wheat mouth feel, cloudy yellow. Bubble gum, banana, citrus sting in the tail. Decent, but no match for their other beers.

Bottle at Im Füchschen, Düsseldorf. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is some citrus and malts. Flavour is fruity with some spices.

Sampled at Im Füchschen, Dusseldorf. Cloudy golden colour with a good sized off white head. Fruity nose with some spicy clove notes. The clove factor continued on into the flavour, which had some yeasty notes and developed into some earthy bitterness towards the finish. I enjoyed this.Freshness is probably key here though, and it just adds points aplenty to all scores wnen you get to drink at the source.

Dark yellow colored, hazy appearance. Medium sized white head. Yeasty aroma with some hops, thin banana also comes up. Medium bodied. Flavor is more lemony with yeast and hops. Aftertaste has mild and soft banana, still yeast dominates.
