Bottle: Clear golden, mid-sized fluffy head with an impressive lace, lazy carbonation; sweet pale-malty nose with a touch of straw and with a solid hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; quite dry hoppy and pale-malty finish. Good, quite a hearty, spicy Pils

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a blonde foamy head of medium size. Herbal, slightly grassy hoppy aroma with a soft grainy malty sweetness. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Well-rounded herbal hoppy and slightly grainy malty taste, leading into a dry and long-lasting bitter-sweet herbal hoppy finish. Balanced classic Pilsener (10.05.08).

Bottled (BB 04/2006)
Pale yellow, white head. Fruity esters, flowery and a bit yeasty nose. Papery malty, buttery, fruity hops with hoppy aftertaste. Quite yeasty "craft beer".

(Bottled) Clear golden color with a medium, foamy, bright white head. Buttery, smoothly grassy-hoppy aroma with toffee hints. Not very clean. Buttery-malty, sweetish flavor with plenty of grassy hops. Medium-bodied palate with balanced carbonation. A very decent, malty pils, but not the cleanest one.

Nice hops aroma. Dark yellow color wtih good head. Full hops flavor with just a hint of sweetness (apricot/peach). Full palate. A very good pilsener.
