Anno 1070 went in the year of that Adalbert of Vucckingen set himself up a man name in today’s Upper Austria. Further people little by little established themselves next to Mr von Vucckingen. You banded together so to speak. The gang arisen it got the name Fucking, followed Adalbert settling originally by Vucckingen, (the place is classified on the part of the official statistics as a gang). Of course light beer is drunk with pleasure in Fucking. Refreshing taste experience in the sixpack

Leighton (9838) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2011
Bottle at home with Lyoli. Clear, bubbly gold with a white foam head. Crisp, bread and cereal nose, some grass and straw. Light to medium sweet, very crisp, some nice, earthy and grassy bitterness, cereal sweetness. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Crisp, ultra-clean finish, good balance, bites at your molars. Very nice beer.

TimE (2977) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 23, 2011
very pale golden color. Very grassy, cereal nose. The mouth is fairly grainy then grassiness comes in good balance. Moderate bitter finish. Somewhere between a mainstream lager an a top notch Pilsner. Definitely not too bad and much better than fuckig hell would be!!

Bottle at Tadg’s, quite fresh. Rather light yellow-gold color with a low, lacy head. Nice grassy hop aroma with light malts and grains. Flavor of biscuity malts, cereals, a bit of honey, noble hops. Grassy with a bit of citrus. Ok hop flavor and ok bitterness at the finish. OK. Your average German pils. Certainly does not live up to its name, but not bad either.

gunnar (4867) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAY 1, 2011
Bottle from Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam. Could not resist this one. Pours clear straw coloured with a small snow white fluffy head. Light grainy aroma. Taste is fucking close to water, but some grassy hops makes the day here. Taste is sure better than suggested by the name.

Martinus (2630) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - MAY 23, 2011
Of course I couldn’t resist a pale beer named after this Austrian village. Just my kind of humour. The beer itself is quite ok, light straw golden, rather full very white head, which doesn’t stay around too long though. Aroma of malt, grass, light hops. Flavour of malt, medium hops, same grass touch. Quite clean and crisp. Finish malty with pleasantly bitter hops touch. Pleased to say it actually is quite a nice pilsener. (from 0,33L bottle, bought @ cracked kettle)

Pours a clear and very pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, straw and weak hops. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is dry with notes of sweetness. Overall an average beer.
