Bottle. Pours clear, almost like water. Aroma similar to bubble gum/cotton candy. Taste is similar but also boozy. Mouthfeel is medium and dry. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A pretty Damn clear pour. A lightly sweet aroma with floral notes . Flavor is light. Interesting. Plum like fruit but also the clean lightly sweet rice presence. Easy. Creamy mouth feel. Not bad.

Clear as water with a rice and abv nose. Flavor is semi sweet rice and the abv. thin and water but very drinkable.

The aroma has rice, fruit, and alcohol. The appearance is clear and slightly yellow. The taste is sweet and like the aroma. The palate is thin. This is a decent sake but that’s all.

Thanks maniac. This one was actually somewhat enjoyable. Same lame pisswater color, but with bubblegum aroma and flavors. Nice warming effect as it goes down.

Sampled at the Richmond Gathering during the mid-tasting sake interlude. Very faintly yellow. Not much aroma or flavor. Just rice and alcohol heat. Not rough, but quite simplistic. Mostly harmless.

Beershine (5218) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - FEB 2, 2009
Clear with soft green tinge. Clean aroma is not much more than koji. Nice texture and actually has a good body. Nice grittiness that the other two in the tasting do not have, which gives this one a good texture. Woody finish lingers long on the tongue instead of evaporating like the others in the tasting. Quite a bit of character overall.

375 mL bottle from Whole Foods Market, Charlottesville, VA. Pours crystal clear and almost colorless with some yellowish tones showing through. Very sweet and fruity aroma with citrus, apple and alcohol. Taste is also fairly sweet... almond, green apple, melon. Medium bodied.

Very light green-yellow. Surprisingly phenolic in the nose with a heavy wood accent. Somewhat bland, sweetish, with a bit of late heat. Almost applejuicey quality. Did not impress me.
