Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, overripped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, earth and toffee notes. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20100123]
