Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
A traditional dark mild with a malty aroma. Chocolate malt on the palate with toffee and caramel overtones. A rare classic mild brewed to its own unique recipe.
Ingredients: Pearl pale, crystal & chocolate malts. Northdown & Goldings hops.

Bottle Conditioned. Pours a dark brown colour with a light brown head.A real biscuit aroma,Plenty of dark malts in the tsaste with a hint of toffee, with a dry malty chocolate finish. A good well balanced beer.

Cask Handpump at the Community Centre, Tarporley 26/01/2007 Some roast aroma. Thick white head. Dark and smooth on the palate with a bitter chocolaty malt finish.
