Hand pulled at the Anchor, Birmingham. There’s definitely some confusion about the spelling of this brewery - searching Google, I’ve found Fugelstou, Fuglestou and now Fugelestou!?!? Anyway, this beer is light yellow, with a wheat, tart, lemon aroma. Light lemony and tart generally. Pretty dry and refreshing: some flavour and nicely clipped.
