2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a very hazy, pale amber completely lacking any head. Fruity, candy-like aroma. Very light body with a fresh fruitiness and some almost bubblegumish accents - HubbaBubba style. Rather flat, appears as if the fermentation stopped before ay real alcohol or CO2 was developed. And absolutely no bitterness. A rather odd affair. Next time try to use both some malt and some hops. 160306

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cloudy deep blond color. Very strange aroma, strong, dry unmalted cereals, wheat. Simple taste, but not bad. Funny, but refreshing.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. Cloudy, yellow-orange beer with a small white head. Unusual but pleasant sour and slightly fruity aroma of splitbeans and yeast. Flavor has lots of peas and light malts, a little bit wheatbeer reminiscent. The texture reminds me of a wit. Slightly acidic farm-ale. Thanks to Henrik for providing this one and Mørk Høstøl. I enjoyed them with four friends, and this one was definately the speciality of the 20+ beers we sampled. (060113)
