COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Klar til høstmarkedet på fustage. Hvedeøl med ca 5 % alkohol og en mørk tone både i farve og smag, som satmmer fra et tilskud af krystalmalt. Den er brygget på 60 % hvede og gæret på T-58, som giver den et frugtigt og krydret præg. Humlen er såmænd en Fuggles, både bitter og aroma. Den skal modne mere før den får en nærmere beskrivelse. Kan smages fra fad til høstmarkedet.

(On tap) Very unclear amber golden with a small, off-white head. Somewhat rustic aroma, but it’s definitely wheat. Medium-bodied and very malty with lots of banana and other fruit. Strong wheat character but in a very different and rustic fashion. 030906

Draught at the brewery. When asked the name and style the brewer called this beer a "Sommer-Høstøl Mørkhvede". (?) Cloudy dark amber colour. Nice malty and wheaty aroma. Flavour is sweet, malty and with good wheat. A good fresh dark wheaty brew.

Bottle, 5.1%. As 27 - Ravgylden Høst. The aroma is moldy, cidery with some cardboard. The flavour is carboardy fruity. Reminds me of old apple juice. Good mouthfeel. This beer seems a bit old, but perhaps it is just "rustic".
