COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brygget af egne malte: en pilsnertype, en münchenertype og noget Caramunich, indisk jaggerypalme-sukker, alskens krydderier d.v.s. stjerneanis, nellike, lakridsrod, ingefær og koriander i beherskede mængder. Og så er den kogt på egen Hallertauer Magnum mens Perle har været med under gæringen i hopback. Gær T-58. Da den blev tilsat ved en ganske høj temperatur som tørgær eksploderede gæringen, til gengæld samlede gæren sig hurtigt og har efterladt øllet med en flot restsødme og en alkoholprocent på 6,6 vol %. Tappet 21. oktober 2006. Mindst holdbar til juni 2007. Smagen er meget aromatisk og fyldig med en let perlende karakter i munden som ikke helt tilfældigt giver mindelser om belgisk klosterøl. En øl der varmer selvom den bør nydes ved ca. 9 grader Cel.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber colour with a small head. Aroma of toasted malts, sweet, spices and yeast. Flavour is wheaty, sweet, bit caramellic, malty, sour. Sweet and sour aftertaste. Not that Tasty.

Storm (2685) - Amager, DENMARK - MAR 29, 2007
Bottle. Cloudy dark brown colour with a weak head. Aroma of sweetness, vegestables, sourness and something strange. Flavour of fruit, oak and spices. Very special endeed.

An unclear orange-amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of burnt plastic and malt. The flavor is sweet malty with spicy notes of cloves as well as caramel, orange, barnyard, and alcohol. Reminds me of a Biere de Garde

Cloudy amber colour with a small off white head. Malty, sweet aroma with a spicy note. malty, fruity flavor with a vague sour note. Dry, sweet finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Off white fluffy head. Sweet and yeasty aroma. Is quite bland and has some distinct barnyard notes. Flavour is very yeasty and has a light sour note. Light caramel and some fruits. Light to medium bodied. Dry sweetish and acidic end. A bit uninteresting. Thanks Peter for sharing this.
