Amber colour with absolutely no head. Aroma and taste of sweet malts with fruity notes. Nothing to write home about.

750 ml bottle, RBNAG07. Yellowish amber colour. Cloudy. Almost no head. Earthy aroma with notes of dried apricots. Thick body. Papery malt flavours. Somewhat refrshing citrus flavours. Very reminiscent of a saison. Farmhouse ale character. Slightly funky. Interesting.

Bottle. 75cl corked. (RBNAG 07) Poured a hazy, orange-golden with a minimal, off-white head. Sourish, fruity aroma. The flavor is sour as well, too sour I think, and it also has fruityness and some sweetness. Thin mouthfeel, slightly astringent. I’m used to a little sourish touch in the beers from Fuglebjerggaard, but this was too sour, and far from the best they’ve made. (071103)

750ml bottle @ RBNAG’07. Hazy orange body with a nice dense off-white head. Aroma is a bit fusty or cellar characterized, not unpleasant. Flavor is quite mild, a bit sour, certain bitterness and very refreshing. As many of the beers from Fuglebjerggaard, this reminds me of some kind of farmer ale (saison?). I’m getting used to these flavors, and am enjoying them, but this body is a bit too watery and thin. A really quaffable refresher, but not the best from this interesting brewery.

Cloudy orange- golden color. Low near-white head. Unrefined but pleasant aroma of sour/acific fruits and berries, cellar, herbs, sweetish malts and chalky hops. Nice sour/acidic, light fruity and herbal taste. Notes of earth and stable. Tasty, challenging and exciting. (Bottle @ RBNAG’07)
