3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. 75cl corked bottle. Golden, unclear beer with a beige head. The nose is a bit acidic and citric, with sweetness and caramel. Somehow, the acidity in the flavor is nice, and matched with the caramel flavor. The body is medium to full, and the finish has sweetness, caramel and some malt. I kinda like the rustic beers from Fuglebjerggard, and it is always nice chatting with the brewer, discussing his experiments. On the other hand, most of them are a bit sour and strange, yet I mostly like it, and they are certainly interesting. (070511)
