COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of burnt plastic malt and some fruit, especially oranges - reminds me of a poorly made Eastern European beer. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of fruit, but also with an annoying light acidity.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Clear, golden pour, with a small, beige head. Fruity, yeasty, spiced and slightly malty aroma. The flavor is not that interesting, but still nice, with yeast, some citrus, a little spiced note, malt and grain. A bit dusty, fruity finish with spices and some yeast. Quite fizzy mouthfeel. Quite lovely, one of the best from Fuglebjerggaard so far, but I seem to like them better than most people. (070705)

Bottled. Deep golden colour. The aroma is a bit sweet with yeast, spices and malt. The flavour is malty and yeasty, bit sweet with spices and hops. One of the brews that are drinkable from this very small micro brewery.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours an almost clear, pale amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, citric nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body with sweetish fruit notes, some maltiness and yeast. A whiff of diacetyl. But actually a very classical and straight - albeit a bit thin - Belgian Blonde. 290407
