Comments: A ridiculously bland, lifeless saison with little texture nor hops, but lots of spicy yeast. Also headless which is something I quite dislike and overly phenolic - reaching medicinal grandeur.

Bottle (0,75 l) Golden, cloudy, stable, almost creamy off-white head; fruity-wheaty nose (oranges) with a tinge of yeast and turpentine; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; a light tartness shows up in the sweetish-fruity finish. Not a necessary summer-beer............

(75cl bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white frothy head. Dusty, slightly sweet and grainy malty nose with a shy touch of citrus. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Yeasty, soft grainy, moderately fruity (citrus) taste, quite dry, yeasty- and slightly hop bitter finish. Not very balanced but surely refreshing in the summer (12.03.08).

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is acid, fruit, yeast. flavour is fruit, yeast, hay, malt., spices. Nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Golden, almost clear, with a white diminishing head. The nose has some acidity, spicyness, grass and hay. The flavor is much the same, but is more on the malty side. Medium body. Really pleasant in the hot summer evening and hot, smoked salmon to eat. (070608)

Cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Sweet fruity and yeasty citric aroma. Malty sweet flavor with notes of frui and vague hints of some spices.

750ml bottle. Golden, slightly hazy body with a small white head. Aroma has a pleasant sourness, reminds me of farmer ale. Flavor is fruity, spicy and malt. A really refreshing treat, like this a lot.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Grainy caramellic, fruity and yeasty aroma. the flavour is sweet and grainy and yeasty with some burned malt and plastic.

Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. Golden and the aroma has notes of fruits, yeast and straw. The flavour is sweetish with notes of fruit, a touch of honey, straw, mould and very little citrus. 2173

CBF07 sample from 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is vaguely sour into slight chemical. Almost no carbonation. Flavour is vague malty with a tart citric note. Flavour is not really bad, just off. Finish is soft malty to dry.
