COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle 0.75 l. Bought at Fuglebjerggaard. Medium brown opaque with small light brown head. Malty aroma. Taste sweet dominated by the many different hobs (7 in all) whivh adds to the complexity. Would have expected something more heavy from a winter beer - no offense - quite allright. Former problems with brewing conditions seems to have been solved.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is slightly acidic with notes of straw and vegetables. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of butter. Hmmm - something wrong in my opinion. Thanks Myrup.

75 cl bottle. Pours murky brown with no head. Quite inviting caramel malt hevy aroma with a light acidity and breadish malt note. Very low carbonation, if any at all. Flavour starts medium sweet with a little hint of chocolate malt and more caramel malt. A strong bitterness breaks through taking along a rather complex hops mixture from the 7 different hops. The hops provide a palate that lends itself towards a rather herbal flavour. Overpowering on my tastebuds. Atringent finish from the herbal hops notes and slight out of balance malt base.
