COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Aroma filled with sweat ripe fruits and wingehops. Colour unclear light brown - no head. Flavour dominated by the fascinating Winge hops, which is grown just outside the brewery. Ripe fruits, oats and licorice. A splendid flavour surprise in complete contrast to the boring appearance. Hygiene seems finally under control at Fuglebjerggaard. I have kept this beer in my cellar for almost a year.

Jukkabro (3473) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 13, 2009
Brown-yellow colored with extremely safty-hazy appearance. Safty aroma with some fruity and chocolaty note, mild rubber also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is more spicy with fruits and saft, somehow biting juniper here too. Aftertaste has some burnt tone with toffee. Creamy palate. Ugly looking, interesting flavor.

Bottled@Timo A tasting session, Tampere. Hazy brown colour, not much head. Aroma is rowan, yeast and also some mild sourish notes. Flavour is fruits, some slight rotten fruity notes as well and yeast as well as some licorice. Kind of sourish, which I am not sure was looked for when brewing this.

Bottled. An unclear orange-brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of burnt malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of rotten over-ripe fruits, leading to a vegetable finish. Flawed. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque darkish red-amber with a small head. Aroma of alcohol, caramely malt, hints of diacetyl, berries and dark fruit. Caramely malt, some acidity, (straw)berries, fruit, yeast, low bitterness. Alcohol is better hidden in the flavor. Medium body with soft carbonation. Another caramel-malty potpourri from this brewery.
