COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

0.75 l bottle. Hazy mahagony color, virtually no head. Licorice, smoke, dark bread and dark fruits in the aroma. Worty flavor with rye bread, licorice, hay and plastic. Low real ale like carbonation. Too unfermented but fortunately the quality of Fugleberggaard seems to be getting better.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy dark orangey brown with a bubbly off-white head that dissipates in no time. Aroma of fruit and hard roasted malt. Medium body with sweetish roasted malt and a bubbly carbonation. Appears strangely tired. Not very well crafted. 190608

Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Muddy amber color. Aroma of sweet buttery floral feel. Some underlying toasted malty notes. Over the palate came hint of hoppy feel and some metallic notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Lingering spicy malty finish. 6 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 12
