Cask at EBF. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Very spicey moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Flat and oily palate.

Draught or casked@EBF2008 (didn’t see which, and the guys were busy taking down the stand once I got here, thanks for letting me have anything from the opened bottles for free though!). Hazy orangeish amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is some fruits, caramel and mild notes of herbs. Flavour is quite much the same.

EBF2008. It’s a hazy, orange-golden beer with notes of smoke, light fruit and malt. The flavour has notes of smoke, fruit, mostly citrus, that also is a bit dominant in the slightly bitter finish. IMO a bit unbalanced.

Draught at EBF 2008. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, spicy, smoke) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Light/medium body, flat.

From cask. Pours murky to hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Aroma is nkcely smoked with a mild malty fruity accent. Flavour is smoked with a light vegetable note coming through. Bitter and smoked dry finish. A bit unrefined in flavour.

EBF08. Citric flavour, some smoke, OK. Some citrus and pine (heather). Citric but nice. Too low carbonation.
