EBF2008. It’s a hazy, warm golden beer with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of fruity hops and citrus. The flavour has sweetness, notes of fruit, honey, spices like clove and coriander, malt and the overall impression is smooth, pleasant and nice.

Cask at EBF. Well it looks like Kølster has problems bottling. This is an outsatnding german hefe from Cask!!!!!!
Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and POWERFull hefe aroma. Moderate bitter flavor with light licorice! notes. Long pleasent wellbalanced finish. Creamy palate.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet amlty with notes of dusty hops as well as a light touch of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of dusty hops and some vegetables as well as a light acidity. Boring. Thanks yespr for getting and sharing this beer.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a with a lacing white head. Grainy acidic to cornish aroma, classic Fuglebjerggaard house character. Mild sweet malty yet also earthy and towards vegetable flavoured. Dry and malty with a mild orange citric touch. A bit to the boring side...
