COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and an acidic edge of infection. The flavor is acidic with notes of straw and a light molded note, leading to a dry finish where a note of straw lingers. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Cloudy golden coloured. Decent head. Late fruits in aroma with weissen-like spices. Initial fruity freshness in taste with wheat and cloves and arriving quite yeasty. Smooth in the mouth and not too sweet, but a bit out of balance. Unsettled? (on tap, EBF, 14.09.2008).

Bottle, 5.9%. Sweet aroma, floury, hint of roasted. Ugly grey, muddy, brown colour. The flavour is a little malty, but mostly citric. Not undrinkable, but probably infected.
