Bottle. Malt and fruits in aroma. Unclear amber colour with small white head. Sweet flavour of fruits, malt and flowers with discrete hops in the end. Low carbonation.

Bottle, 7.0%. 1.5 years past BB date. Gusher. Cloudy amber colour, getting muddier as the beer wells out of the bottle. White head. The flavour is fruity with a hint of alcohol. The flavour is caramelly, toffee-like, sweetish and spicy. Not very bitter. The mouthfeel is faintly slimy, but nothing to worry about. High carbonation.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A sparkling, hazy, golden beer with a decent beige head. Citrus and pale malts in the aroma, a bit ordinary but far from foul. It’s refreshing in the mouth, citrusy, and with pale malts and some bitterness. Slightly unclean, but nothing major. Medium body with pelasant carbonation. A rather nice one, even though it was slightly off. Sure must have been even better when fresh. 100917

Bottle. Deep golden / orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt yeast. Flavour is fruit, malt, yeast, berries, spices, citrus. Medium body. Nice beer.

Bottle. High creamy and lasgting white head. Hazy orange thick looking body. Acidic grass grapefruit aroma. Thinbodied oranges lemon light acidc flavor with low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

Bottle.Pours cloudy orange amber with a small head.Aroma is hay , malt, orange,fruity with some cellar notes.Flavor is sweet and sour ,malty and fresh with notes of orange.Medium body, average carbonation.Refreshing beer.

Clear medium orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, straw, dark toasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to modearate bitter with a average to long duration, straw and farmers. Very Morten Koch alike ;O) Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Hazy amber with a tiny off white head. Grainy aroma with cellar notes. Flavour was sweet malty with caramel notes and grainy notes. Not that many hops.

Bottle 75 cl. Hazy amber golden with a small, of-white head. Sweetish fruity nose. Full-bodied, sweet fruitiness, a little perfumy and somewhat low in carbonation. Subdued bitterness. 291208

Bottled. Light amber coloured. Unclear. No head. Fruits, sweetness, light herbs and a distinct touch of rubber is notable in flavour and aroma. Is quite thin bodied. Has a light bitterness in the end. Eventhough this is by far not the worst beer I’ve tasted from this brewery, I think maybe Mr. Kølster should start working on quality rather than experimenting with different types of beer.
