[Sampled with the duo Svoger & Svogergylp at DØE, Valby, 2009.] Fantastic brew with smoothy porterbody added with licorice, smoke, spices like chili, almost no chocolate, coffee and indeed a great brew...I would like to live in Helsinge. Move soon!!!

Bottle @ DRBM. A black colored beer, with a thick foamy beige head. The aroma of coffee, with dark malts with fruit. The taste of dark malt, coffee with alcohol. It’s burny with some spices. The aftertaste of alcohol with spices, bitter wit some sweet.

75cl Bottle at DRBM, brew #119. Black colour, light brown head. Aroma of hard roasted malts, bitter chocolate, dark fruits, alcohol. Flavour is rather sweet, chocolate, liquorice root, coffee, bitter finish with alcohol. Medium bodied. Sweeter than you expect from the nose.
