Bottle, 75cl corked, at Ølfestival 2011. As #126. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Lightly grainy nose with pale malts and fruityness. Pale malts, sweetness and fruityness in the flavor. Medium body, and a short, fruity finish. A rather boring and one dimensional beer, but at least it drinks easily. 110528

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011 (as 0126). Hazy deep golden, no head. Spicy nose. Very fruity with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mellow and nicely drinkable, albeit a bit medicinal. Long herbal bitterness.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers and hops on a lightly malty background. The flavor has notes of lemon, hops, and elderflowers, leading to a lightly tart finish where the lemon note lingers - just a bit off.
