Ett gyllene och friskt öl. Humle, koriander och apelsinskal. Men jag saknar lite harmoni mellan sötma och beska.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity and grassy aroma with a bit of yeast and spice. Fruity and spicy flavour with a bit of dusty cardboard character. Nice grassy and herbal hoppy finish. Fine saison character

Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat, pepper, orange, peach and flowery hop. Flavour is wheat, pepper, orange and flowery hop.

Bottle at RBNAG-2009. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is wheat, orange, coriander. Flavour is yeast, orange, citrus, malt, wheat, coriander. Medium body. Nice beer.

Pours clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is softly hoppy, light fruity, a hint of sweet malts and oranges. High carbonation, a bit on the thin side at first, but it levels out as it warms. Flavour is nicely fruity, peachy, oranges. A hint of cardboard. Fair maltiness and a good hops bite in the finish. One of the best Kølsters I’ve had - even if it tastes more of a APA than a Saison.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at RBNAG -09. From trade with Papsoe. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Wheaty, orangey nose with coriander, cellar notes, hints of white sugary sweetness, and some physalis hints. Sweet, fruity and sugary flavor with coriander hints. Fruity and bitter finish. Medium body, dry. A bit on the sweet side, else it’s a nice, well crafted beer. 091107
