COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 11, Mængde: 32 gr; Type (Art): Timian, citron; Hvad: Blomstrende plante; Hvornår: aug; Behandling: Frisk
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, herbs, perfume. timian. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, soapy, timian, perfume. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottled. Aa hazy dark golden beer with a rim of off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of lemon as well as medium notes wet hay and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemon, as well as medium notes of malt, straw, wet hay, and thyme, leading to a bitter and lemony finish.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Very fresh lemon aroma, dry though, almost perfumy. Medium body, a discreet sweetish malt base and again fresh lemon accents. Ends dryish. Would be a very fresh summer quencher - instead of a Radler. 180211
