COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 1, Mængde: 87 gr; Type (Art): Gul snerre; Hvad: Blomstrende plante; Hvornår: Juli; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Unclear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, flowers, herbs, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, grainy, herbs, flowers, leather - vegetables. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottle at yespr. Muddy orange brown coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices with notes of flowers and acidic notes. Fruity flavour of spices with notes of herbs, flowers and cooked vegetables. Spicy finish.
