*Dette bryg er spontangæret med de mikroorganismer, som hyldeblomsten indeholder.
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy elderflower aroma. Funky slightly tart spicy earthy flavor with hints of elderflower. Hasa fruity malty funky spicy yeasty elderflower finish.

Unclear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, leather, acrid elderflowers, burnt plastic notes, light herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, acrid elderflowers, burnt plastic notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
