COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 3, Mængde: 18 gr; Type (Art): Læge-ærenpris; Hvad: Blomstrende plante; Hvornår: Juli; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate yeasty, herbs, mold, vitamin pills, vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with floating sediment under a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of medicin, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of plastic, malt, medicin, and hay, leading to a bitter finish, where the plastic note lingers.

25 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden with a very small head. Aroma is medicinal, plastic, burned rubber and chemical. Sweet malty, light herbal and dry medicinal from the back of the nose. Lasting herbal and dry finish.
