COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 4, Mængde: 27 gr; Type (Art): Malurt (have-); Hvad: Spæde skud; Hvornår: Juni–august; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

De botella. Cloudy deep yellow. Huge white creamy head, steady and well lasting. Herbal flowery aroma, sweet. Dry bitter herbal flowery and quite bitter flavour. Strange too herbal brew.

Bottle 250ml.

Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, herbs, moderate yeasty, vegetables, wormwood. Flavor is moderate sweet and heavy - harsh bitter with a long long long duration, dry dry, sharp, wormwood xstream bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottle at yespr. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices and herbs with notes of cooked vegetables. Fruity flavour of spices and wormwood with flowery notes. Bitter finish of wormwood. Way too much wormwood. Undrinkable.

hazy yellow, large smooth white head. aroma is rather herbal. flavor is very bitter, herbal. the malurt bitterness totally dominate. nice bitterness.

Bottle 25 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Fresh, fruity nose. Medium body, a little sweet fruit on the fore but everything is quickly overpowered by the extreme astringency from the wormwood. Bitter than bitter really. 180211

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of wormwood, malt, and wet hay. The flavor has extremely strong notes of wormwood, making the finish extremely bitter with a lemony note.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a huge white head. Aroma is herbal, mild citrusy and bitter. Distinct herbal and bone dry bitter. One of the most bitter things I’ve ever tasted. Herbal wormwood and bone dry bitter finish.
