COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 5, Mængde: 27 gr; Type (Art): Malurt (strand-); Hvad: Spæde skud; Hvornår: Juni-august; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, vegetables, moderate yeasty, spices, rosemary, wormwood, herbs, perfume. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, perfume, forest, dry christmas dekoration, vegetables, rosemary. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottle at yespr. Hazy golden coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of spices, herbs and rosemary with notes of spruce and puke. Fruity flavour of spices, herbs, rosemary and spruce. Spicy finish.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is pinewood herbal and grassy. Pinewood and wood, herbal, dry and bitter. Bitter, pinewood and herbal grassy finish - rosemary. Bone dry, yet let vicious as the malurt alpe.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes wormwood, pine needles, lemon, and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wormwood on top of medium notes of wet hay and malt, leading to a dry finish, where the note of wet hay lingers.
