COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 6, Mængde: 1150 gr; Type (Art): Mjødurt; Hvad: blomst; Hvornår: Juli; Behandling: Tørring
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Bottle 250ml.

Clear medium yellow color with many large body particles, a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, leather, herbs, mjodurt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grain, herbs. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of meadow sweet and other odd notes, as well as a bit of malt. The flavor has strong notes of meadow sweet, plastic, and wet hay, on a lightly malty background, leading to a dry plastic finish.
