COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 8, Mængde: 30 gr; Type (Art): Røllike; Hvad: Hele planten; Hvornår: Juli; Behandling: Tør
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, spicy, herbs, cabbage water, vegetables, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, herbs, yeast, vegetables. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wet hay, and mold. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, mold, and lemon, leading to a bitter finish.
