COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryg 9, Mængde: 150 gr; Type (Art): Rønnebær; Hvad: Ribbede bær; Hvornår: Aug; Behandling: Frisk
Hidtil er alt øl blevet tappet og solgt på 75 cl champagne-flasker. Det fortsætter vi med. Og samtidig vil vi fremover skabe en serie bryg, som alene bliver tappet på små flasker. Premieren er en bryggeserie, bryg 112, med hver sine forskellige spændende krydrende eller bittervirkende urter (malurt, salvie, marias sengehalm, citron timian mv.). Smagsuniverset er på mange måder særligt og giver øllet helt nye udtryk. ’Sommerlig’ kalder vi serien for at understrege, at vi har udtrukket essenser af frodige og blomstrende liv.

Bottle 250ml.

Murky medium amber yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, herbs, yeast, sharp, vegetables, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, vegetables, herbs, sharp bitter - hovel berry. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110218]

Bottle at yespr. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices, herbs and flowers with notes of cooked vegetables. Fruity flavour of spices, herbs and berries with notes of cooked vegetables and acidic notes. Berryish finish.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, berries, and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with malt, straw, berriws, and wet hay, leading to a bitter finish.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is herbal, berries and acidic/citrusy. Mild citric, berry fruity and yet somewhat sweet. Fruity berry finish. Simple and easy.
